Meet Our Principal
Mrs. Phillips-Henry has over sixteen (16) years’ experiences as an audit practitioner with various audit firms. She led the delivery of professional service engagements to numerous domestic, regional, and international clients in the Eastern Caribbean. Her professional experience encompasses the provision of accounting, audit – internal and external, tax, assurance, financial advisory and various compliance services to several sectors including banking, insurance, retail, statutory bodies, publication, power and energy and non-for-profit organizations. Lou-Ann, an F.C.C.A, is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She is also a practicing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Eastern Caribbean.
Lou-Ann Phillips-Henry is the firm's founder and a Certified Chartered Accountant who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience gained through her tenure as an audit practitioner with various audit firms. Lou-Ann has over a decade of experience in both Public and Private Accounting which offers her a unique perspective and understanding of business and their needs allowing her clients to navigate through challenges and reshaping themselves for growth.
